Refund Policy

BundleWise is billed through Shopify. This page explains when we can issue a refund on app subscription charges, and when we cannot.

What this covers

This applies to paid BundleWise subscriptions installed from the Shopify App Store. Free plans are not charged, so there is nothing to refund there.

How Shopify bills you

Shopify bills you on our behalf. Invoices and payment methods live in your admin under Settings → Billing.

When we approve a refund, Shopify credits your account, we do not send money directly.

When we can refund

We may refund a charge if:

  • You were billed twice or charged the wrong amount
  • A BundleWise bug blocked paid features and support could not fix it in reasonable time
  • You uninstall within 7 days of your first paid charge and have not already received a BundleWise refund

Each request is reviewed individually. Active campaign usage during the billing period can affect the outcome.

When we usually cannot

Refunds are unlikely when:

  • You used paid features during that billing cycle
  • The issue comes from another app, your theme, checkout customizations, or Shopify outages
  • You missed a renewal because the app was still installed and you did not write us before the charge
  • Campaigns did not hit a revenue target, that is not a billing error

How to ask

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your store URL
  • Charge date and amount
  • A short note on what went wrong

We will reply with next steps, usually within one business day.

How long refunds take

After we submit the refund in Shopify, your bank or card issuer typically posts it in 5–10 business days.

Updates

We change this page when our billing practices change. Check the date at the top for the current version.
