Why is my campaign not showing on the storefront?

1. Confirm the list badge is Active (not Draft, Paused, Upcoming, or Expired).
2. Check Schedule, start must be in the past and end in the future (if set).
3. Verify trigger products include the product you are viewing.
4. Confirm Pages & Display includes the page you are testing, see Placements & display.
5. Open BundleWise once in admin to refresh the storefront script tag.

Why is my discount not applying at checkout?

• Cart may not meet quantity, bundle, or threshold rules
• Another campaign with higher priority may win, adjust priority in Additional settings
• Best deal vs Priority first conflict mode affects which offer applies when multiple campaigns overlap
• Stock Scarcity and Countdown Timer do not create checkout product discounts, they are storefront widgets only
• Republish after changing offer rules so Shopify discounts stay in sync
• Test in a private/incognito window without other automatic discounts

How many campaigns can I run on the Free plan?

• Save up to 3 campaigns total (any status)
• Publish up to 3 non-draft campaigns at once (Active, Upcoming, Expired, and Paused all count toward the publish limit)

Can multiple campaigns run on the same product?

Yes, but typically one discount wins at checkout based on campaign priority and conflict rules. Bundle-style types default to higher priority than simple discounts.

Does BundleWise work with my theme?

BundleWise targets Online Store 2.0 themes. If a widget is missing, try another in-page position or see the fallback notice on the storefront. Share your theme name with support if issues persist.

Countdown Timer or Stock Scarcity, why no pop-up option?

Those types use In Page display only in the editor. Use in-page position to control placement.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free lets you save up to 3 campaigns and publish up to 3 non-draft campaigns at once ($0). Pro unlimited campaigns unlocks unlimited campaigns at $9.99 USD every 30 days through Shopify. The in-app Billing checklist also lists priority publishing and no Shopify fee markup. Campaign editor features such as priority, skip add-to-cart, quantity selector, and cart hiding are available on both plans — only campaign count is gated.

Next Order Coupon, why no product page widget?

Next Order Coupon is email-only. Shoppers receive the code after a qualifying order, not on the product page.

How do I duplicate a campaign?

Campaigns → Action menu → Duplicate. Edit triggers and schedule on the copy.

How do I cancel Pro billing?

Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → Manage subscription for BundleWise. You do not need to uninstall the app. See Billing & plans.

What happens to my campaigns if I downgrade from Pro?

BundleWise keeps your three oldest campaigns (by creation date). Any additional non-draft campaigns are moved to Draft and their Shopify discount links are removed. You can republish within the free limits after deleting or pausing others.

Where does dashboard data come from?

Stats blend BundleWise analytics with Shopify order data. High-volume shops may see sampled order totals for speed.
